Tequila Chili

Ingredients
  1. 2 Pounds Ground Beef
  2. 1 Medium Green Bell Pepper
  3. 4 Ounces Green Chiles
  4. 2 Tablespoons Chili Powder
  5. 3 Cloves minced Garlic
  6. 15 Oz. Can Tomato Sauce
  7. 1/4 Cup Tequila
  8. 6 Oz. Can Tomato Paste
  9. 1 Cup Water
  10. 1 can Kidney Beans
  11. 1 Can Black Beans
  12. 8 Oz. Can Sweet Corn
Instructions
  1. In large heavy kettle or saucepan brown meat. Pour off drippings. Add green pepper, green chilis, chili powder, salt, tomato sauce, tequila, tomato paste and water, sitting to mix well.cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, 30 minutes. Add kidney beans and corn. Continue cooking for 5 minutes, or until beans and corn are heated through
